Nothing is set to unveil the Phone (3) on July 1, and has already revealed a few details about the smartphone to hype it up. An image of the Nothing Phone (3) leaked by tipster Max Jambor earlier this month revealed the phone’s design, but it appears that image was fake, as new pictures that have surfaced online – and which are official renders – paint a different picture.

These renders, shared by Android Headlines, give us our best look yet at the Nothing Phone (3). They show us the smartphone in black and white (might be called gray) colors.

The Nothing Phone (3) has a punch-hole display on the front, but it’s the rear that’s more interesting. Or should we say odd or controversial because of the camera alignment? The smartphone features three rear cameras, with the one at the top being closer to the edge of the phone than the one that’s below it. This placement looks weird to us, but let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Nothing hasn’t detailed the Phone (3)’s camera setup, but it confirmed that the out-of-alignment top camera is a 50MP periscope telephoto unit. Rumors claim the other two cameras (primary and ultrawide) also use 50MP sensors. The black circle you see on the right side of the back cover is for the Glyph Matrix.

These renders further reveal that the Nothing Phone (3) has a metal build. The volume buttons are located on the left side, while the power key is on the right. It’s joined by another button, which could be the Essential Key we’ve previously seen on the Nothing Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro.

In addition to confirming the presence of a 50MP periscope camera on the Nothing Phone (3), Nothing also confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC and receive OS upgrades for five years and security updates for seven years.

Leaked specs of the Nothing Phone (3) include a 6.7″ FullHD+ OLED display, a 50MP selfie camera, and a 5,150 mAh battery. The smartphone is also said to have 100W charging support, but a recent certification listing suggested it would be 65W instead.
